Need more details?
Here are a few answers to things usually ask before starting a project together with me.
What is your design process?
I follow a structured yet flexible process: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Design, and Test. This helps me deeply understand user needs, frame the right problems, explore solutions, and validate designs before moving forward. The process adapts based on product stage, timelines, and constraints.
Why UI/UX? What’s your journey into design?
I’m highly enthusiastic about design and enjoy solving real-world problems. UI/UX allows me to combine creativity with analytical thinking, understanding users, identifying pain points, and designing experiences that are clear, useful, and meaningful. Over time, this curiosity evolved into a strong interest in building well-thought-out digital products.
What tools and technologies do you work with?
I use a variety of tools and software, depending on the project and the needs of the client. Some of the most common tools I use include Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and user testing platforms like UserTesting.com, Smartlook, Hotjar and Optimal Workshop.for design. HTML and CSS for front-end implementation, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility. I also use AI tools to speed up ideation, content exploration, and workflow efficiency, helping me design faster without compromising quality.
What kind of products have you designed?
I’ve designed across SaaS, B2B, and B2C products, focusing on solving complex workflows and creating scalable, user-friendly experiences.
How do you measure the success of your UX designs?
I measure UX success through user engagement metrics (retention, CTR, heatmaps), usability factors (task success rate, time on task, user feedback), and business impact (conversion rates, churn reduction). A/B testing and analytics help validate design improvements. Continuous iteration ensures an optimal user experience.
